Adam's Dairy Parkway
Adams Dairy Parkway is a four-lane roadway that continues to develop as it adds tenants and uses. It is the easternmost north-south roadway in Blue Springs.

Among retail uses, there is a Home Depot and Wal-Mart Supercenter with Interstate 70 access and visibility. RED Development received approval in February on their request for incentive assistance to develop the Plaza at Adams Farm, a 600,000 square retail center with big box retailers, smaller retail shops and restaurants in the form of a hybrid retail center comprised of both power center and a lifestyle center component. This development is planned to open in the Fall of 2008. In addition to this large retail center another 70,000 square feet of will develop for restaurants and retail shops at Coronado Plaza, a development located along Interstate 70 and across from the Wal-Mart Supercenter.

The Adams Dairy Parkway (ADP) Corridor comprises a development overlay district of more than 1,750 acres, and includes a public/private Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, Adams Pointe Golf Course (which is a public course) and such large employers as Durvet, Kohl's Distribution Center and Haldex Brake Products. The ADP Corridor has over 350 acres zoned for office and flex space development, and several hundred acres zoned for light industrial use. In addition, land is available with service and office zoning that would include medical, office and service-related businesses.

Plans are accelerating to finish the north-south connection between Adams Diary Parkway and Colbern Road to the City's south municipal boundary, which will open the ADP Corridor to thousands of new homes under development in this southernmost portion of Blue Springs.
